Dear Sir,
In 498a evidence by brother in law, mentioned one girl, who is a good friend, as my lover and claimed that she was in livin with me, she got pregnant with me etc. which is really demeaning to her.
When she knew about this, she got emotionally devasted since she is not married yet.
My questions are:
1. What legal action she can take and should take against my brother in law.
2. Another question what should be my questions during cross with my brother in law regarding this.
First he has to be domolished in cross examinationonly then she can take action against him.
As cor as cross is concerned, totality of circumstances need to be studied before suggesting anything
