Hi,
My Grand Mother passed away in 2011, She has 5 sons and my father being eldest. There is combined property of 4.5 acres (3 Acres on my fathers name, 1.5 acres on my grand mothers name). As per separation terms of my Father with his brothers (30 Years ago), My Grand mothers property belongs to 3rd Son, 5th son and to her.
Now the 5th son is trying to sell his land without my / my fathers concern.
My questions are below. Any replies are highly appreciated.
1. Will he able to sell the land without us (my father / myself)
2. If i don't want that property to be sold, how can i get a stay order.
