There is ambiguity in wordings of Affidavit submitted with Interim Maintenance application.Can it brought to the notice of judge and challenged to properly word and get rid of ambiguity, before any further proceeding on the application . Please advise.

if those words make a lot of difference then you can file a application and explain your concern and it is up to the court to accept or reject that application
