Air conditioner sound problem

5 years back hamne split ac installed karayi thi

jiski outdoor unit balcony mein hai which is fully packed with fences .

and we have 5 outdoor units in the balcony .

recently hamare neighbour ne apna ghar renovate karaya hai

toh usne house Latka ke banwaya hai which is 3 feet outside his boundary

ayr ab woh keh rha aapki outdoor unit ki air mere ghar mein aa rhi

aap isko hatwayen .
isme kiya kar sakte hai

plz help karen

First of all you fix the problem that whether he encorached your portion or you.

If he is blaming you for having encroached his property then ask him to prove it or go to the court where you can explain the problem and deny his allegations for having encroached his property.

You may consult a local advocate and start the legal process if the neighbor is not accepting the mutual terms and still behaving in the same rude manner
