I am purchasing an agricultural land in Maharashtra near Mahad. I'm not having 7/12 extract on my name, Can I purchase the Agricultural Land without 7/12 extract & the land which I purchasing in other rights column showing Kul Name, Wheather I am eligible to purchase this type of land? Please suggest me.
