It depnds on the policy of that particular organization. There is no hard & fast rule, basing on the roles & responsibilities only the facility is being extended. Ex: a marketing person requires some vehicle as he has to move extensively, meet people / clients and get business where as a Production guy should constantly in the manufacturing area where his movement is very less
