Act that constitutes cruelty

the following acts constitutes cruelty

1] actual or threatened violence

2] verbal abuse

3] excessive s*xual intercourse

4] refusal to intercourse

5] communication of veneral disease

6] neglect to discharge one's duty

7] drunkenness and use of drugs

8] forcible association with improper person.

9] false charge of immorality against wife

10] ill-treatment of children

11] lesbianism.(spicer vs. spicer,[1954] 3 All. LR 208)

sec 23(1)(b)  said that cruelty complained of must not be condoned(forgiven with full knowledge) by the petitioner in any manner.
