complainant,witnesses and investigation officer stating that accused was present at the time of offence but accused who is the servant in civil hospital as a compounder,and accused with help of doctor prepared a record that accused was present in civil hospital at the time of offence????
how we can implicate the doctor and accused????

First take call records of Mobile number of Doctor and Compuder. If unofficially not possible then request the court to order the relevant mobile operator to provide the details mobile numbers along with location of mobile at that particular time.
2. Every compouder enters the details of medicines given to patients in the inventory register. So take cop of that register But first check unofficially to see whether he has done in written form on that particular day. then some thing comes in your favour then take copies of that document through court orders or RTI.
