AB from High court

Hi

F.I.R (498A, 406, 506, 323, 34) is registered against me & parents, we got AB from High Court, and court has mentioned Notice of motion 07/09/11 and asked me & wife to be present on that day.

and it says in the event of arrest the I.O shd release on furnishing bail bonds and when ever I.O calls for investigation we shd be present.

I want to know is the A.B valid till 07/09, and what will the Judge ask me on 07/09, I dont want her back in my life, so how should I answer him smartly

Replied at another forum.

AB is valid till competion of trial. You have to comply with the conditions of AB

AB is valid till granting regular bail. You have to comply with the conditions of AB

Shastry Ji,

I re-iterate that it is valid till completion of trial. Hon'ble Apex Court has stated this in multiple judgements til recently.

What can the judge ask me on 07/09, can he force me to take wife back?, I dont wanna take her back after these false cases, so what should be the smart way to handle this.
