A CHILD ADOPTED BY SC MOTHER

a child adopted by SC mother at the age of below 5 years and brought up there. after 16 years she loved a BC boy, and eloped with that BC boy.
her parents complained. and police registed POCSO and SC ST atrocity case.
is SC ST Act applicable in this case?

YES.  She was brought by SC into her environment.  Still, your advocate may object and it may not matter at all.

The adopted child would be considered as belonging to scheduled caste and the case can be registered under SC/ST Act as a member of scheduled caste was involved in this particular instant.

Yes, cast of adopted child changed after being adoption and now she will be considered as S.C. so S. C. Act will be applied.

If  girl has completed 18yearsand boy 21 years  no law applies  after 16years means what from the date of adoption ,on adopted date she was 3years now  +16 years she will be 19years .
