Dear Expert.
I am president of an Education Trust. Recently we have a purchased land to our Trust from a person who inturn purchased from land owners( three brothers) in 2005, Now a sister of the landlords has gone to the court asking for compensation that his brothers have not given the share( she is the only sister for these 3 brothers). She is aged 65-70 years. They are also tresspassing in our land.
Land is located in Mysore District, nanjanagud Taluk, Karnataka.
My quiries are
1. Will she gets share through the court, if so who has bear.
2. Can we a file crimila case againist them for tresspassing
