Dear Experts,
At the time of submitting evidence wife (respondent) has brought the principal of the school she is working and one more person from her birth place who knows her childhood. Both of them , it seems has given her a good character certificate instead of facts. Do these witness hold water at the present circumstances? As they are not witness to anything.What the principal know what she does to to petitioner at home ?Divorce filed by husband in CRUELTY and produced sufficient proofs. These so called witness will face cross examination next week. How it should be dealt with.
