Will related question

A sef aquired flat proposed to be given to wife and two sons  through will which is not registered but duly witnessed .What happens to mother's share after her death? Whether sons will have natural right over her share or surviving married daughter too shall have a right?

If the mother dies intestate ( without leaving a proper will ) , daughters - married or not - will also have right on the mother's share.
