Wife not returning

The female spouse has termed male spouse as of ‘Suspicious’ nature and asked spouse to go and get checked up by Psychologist and get rid of mental problems.

Male spouse is objecting to chatting by female spouse who is away….

The spouse could have avoided blocking phone numbers…

Suspicion is suspicion …………and adultery is not confirmed/established…

Preferably remove differences by self efforts or involve elders of the family from both sides and crease the differences and save the 4Y old marriage…………

First of all you need to get checked whether you are man or not through doctor. When you are married, you should satisfy wife in all ways. Then she wont peek a boo here and there. Now she ran away.  You party.  Not many men get this advantage. If she does not want to come back at all, then well and good, file divorce.  Take divorce.  Marry someone who wont run away. But before all that check as I told above. If there is some mistake in you physical or mental and you are not able to satisfy wife, then in second one also same tthing will happen. Women don’t marry for 2 square meals, that even govt provides free of cost.  Women marry for security, for better living standards, for better life.  If they don’t get it what is use of marrying?  Some women run away.  Some women file cases on husband and his parents and run away.  But in your case you want to file dowry case on wifes lover? Don’t you feel shamed to even mention wifes lover? Why does she have lover when she has you? Don’t blame wife for your incapablities.  If she is talking in whatspapp and phone whole night what are you doing? Counting stars or counting hair? You simply wait for her to come back, if she does not then filr RCR petition. Wait for RCR to get over.  Then file divorce.  Whatever you do, please be certain of what you want.  Think and decide.  These are the only options available to you. Wife can file DV case on you, not you on her or her parents.  You can file other cases but they wont stand, finally it is matrimonial  matter. If you cant control one female what are you capable of?

DV on wife because, girl and her family were taunting the husband for his financial and educational status. the girl used to beat the guy. girl never showed interest to have s*x with the husband. The girl used to pick fights with the husband the moment he returned from office. girl was a puppet in the hands of her parents and her parents used to interefere constantly. the husband gave every luxury to the girl but still the girl acted as if something is less. girl used to throw away mangalsutram saying that she was forced into the marriage.

better living standards come when both husband and wife work, one being highly educated can't idle at home stalking, tauting and abusing the husband mentally and physically.

it has to be checked if the girl was really interested to marry the husband in first place. if she was interested, she would have stayed with her husband to sort out her issues rather than running away from her matrimony after 4 years of marriage.if the girl had issues with the husband from the begining she would have taken help from someone close to her or her husband. she would not have got into relationship with another man and show case the relationship as friendship when she is aware that her husband is suspecting.

if the wife character is itself a peek a boo single man will not be able to satisfy her !

Rather than DV, why dont you file for Divorce as all the grounds mentioned hereinabove constitute cruelty.  That is only if you dont want your marriage.  If, however, you think there is still a possibility of saving your marriage, file for RCR.

madam can you please enlighten me how can my wife file DV on me  and on what grounds ?

Any lady can file DV against her husband.  Even the absence of a strong case is no bar to filling a case.

RCR notice is a time tested tool to compel wife to raise true/false complaint of dowry/domestic violence against husband with family including married/unmarried brother/sisters wit/without their spouse.  This way husband leaves her with no choice but to spoil his family even if she does not want to do so.

Thus forum is full of such cases where husband with  parents/siblings faced such criminal charges. 

After visiting jails people realise that the situation inside Indian Jails is not as rosy as shown in movies and the cops are also comedians in movies which is not in actual life.
