What papers to verify before buying a plot in bangalore

I'm planning to buy a plot in a layout which has been built on agricultural land (Belonging to Bannerghatta Panchayat, Bangalore). I do not know how to verify if the layout is not under any government lease or under "S.T. & S.C. grant". How can I verify these?

I was told by a friend to verify these, I do not know how to do it, help please.

a) That 'The SAID LAND' is free from all liens, mortgages,
charges and encumbrances and lis-pendens and there is no
notices of attachments, acquisition or requisition or
notices thereto, relating to 'The SAID LAND'.

b) That the VENDOR has good and marketable title to 'The SAID
LAND' and none other than the VENDOR has any interest,
right, title thereto.

c) That there are no outstanding government dues of whatsoever
nature including the attachment by the Income Tax
Authorities or under any law in force, in respect of 'The
SAID LAND'.

d) That the VENDOR has not entered into any Agreement with any
other person(s) for the sale of 'The SAID LAND'.

e) That there is no legal impediment or bar whereby the VENDOR
can be prevented from selling, transferring and vesting the
absolute title in 'The SAID LAND', in favor of the VENDEE.

f) That land has not been notified by Government for
acquisition or planned development or for any other
purpose, if so, then the VENDOR shall be liable and
responsible for all the losses, damages, costs and expenses
sustained by the VENDEE.

g) That if there is in future any legal claim for ownership or
rights or title on 'The SAID LAND' by the VENDOR (including
their legal heirs, successors, legal, representatives,
administrators, executors, transferee(s), beneficiary(ies),
legatee(s), probatee(s), nominees and assignee(s)) or from
the previous owners of 'The SAID LAND' (including their
legal heirs, successors, legal, representatives,
administrators, executors, transferee(s), beneficiary(ies),
legatee(s), probatee(s), nominees and assignee(s)), then
the VENDOR shall be liable and responsible for all the
losses, damages, costs and expenses sustained by the VENDEE.

h) That 'The SAID LAND' is not contrary to the notifications
published by the State Government in its Order No. KA.E
344, Munomu-2008, Bangalore Dated: 06th April 2009 and also
‘The SAID LAND’ is not subject to any court attachment,
minor claims, or any other charges made either under the
orders of the court and including the Sridhana rights.

i) That 'The SAID LAND' does not contravene or violate any
rules and regulations in any manner of whatsoever and
declare that 'The SAID LAND' will not contravene the
provisions of Section or Sections restrictions imposed
under the Notification No. RD 80 ESM 93(P) Dated: 14th Feb
1994.

j) That there is no objection for the sale of 'The SAID LAND'
in favor of the VENDEE from the Panchayat of Bannerughatta
village, Bangalore Development Authority and Tahsildar.

k) That 'The SAID LAND' has nothing pending under Section 79
(a) and (b) of Karnataka Land Reforms Act.

l) That 'The SAID LAND' is not a grant land.

m) That 'The SAID LAND' is under an approved layout plan
obtained by competent authority.

n) That 'The SAID LAND' has a Khatha certificate issued by
competent authority.

o) That 'The SAID LAND' does not fall under "S.T. & S.C. grant".

p) That 'The SAID LAND' does not have any tenancy.
