Dear Sirs/Madam,
I am representing for the defendant in a suit, which is pending before the Ld. Civil Judge at Saket Court New Delhi. On the last date of hearing Ld. Judge dismissed an application for recalling of order filed by us and whereby Ld. Judge has closed the Plaintiff Evidence without giving further opportunity to us for cross the plaintiff.
My query is what is the remedy after closing the Evidence without giving further opportunity to the opposite party to cross?
