I will be greatly thankful to respected members of this online community to help me on the below given subject.
I have recently met with a car accident and filed an MACT petition in this regard. Now after the first date, i can see the online status of the case and it says "Stage of case : misc. cases / purpose". I want to know what does it mean exactly. It also shows next hearing date. I have following questions in this regard:
1). Is my case been filed now?
2). Does it mean that the Summons has been issued to respondent for the hering on next date?
3). What is next on coming date of hearing?
I will be very thankful to you for addressing my above queries.
