I have purchased 20 decimil land on dt: 24.12.2011 at outskrit of Bhubaneswar. Irrespective of many  contacts & visit  the builder is not yet given the posession over land. Always saying that within two month will give the posession.  What should I do now.

send a legal notice demanding posession within 15 days or so. If he fails, then you can initiate further action.
