If a person (A)adds another person/s(B) name in his/her Ration Card who belong to a different State and already has Ration Card in that state since years officially legally will A be convicted under Section 30 of IPC? In this case can B register an FIR at the state where his/her name has been entered illegally at the Police Station personally? Will it be taken over as a case of Section 420? B came to know about this just recently and would like to take action against all who are involved in registering it. From the owner of the Ration Card to the officer in charge who passed it.
