Dear experts,
Husband brings wife home after one year of separation. Wife stays for three days and again goes back to her parents home saying that she hasbeen working in her hometown and wants to continue. This fact was not revealed to husband when he went to bring her back.
Now the query is:
Does her stay with husband for three days (and had s*x) legally implies that both of them have forgiven their past mistakes?
In case of any legal battle, can issues that arose before her home coming and her stay with husband for three days, are also considered or it is the fresh issue after reconciliation between husband and wife?

since wife came back to live husband means that the past misdeeds by wife are pardoned by husband
