My sister is living alone at my hometown, we belong to Andhra Pradesh state.
My sister and neighbor female fought on some house property border related issue.
The other female brother beaten my sister and some injuries happened to my sister on 24/09/2017 at night 9pm and my sister approached police station on the same night with complaint.
The following things happened
- Police did not accept the complaint on that night
- My sister admitted into the Govt hospital on the same night.
- Yesterday morning complaint accepted by police station and
- My sister discharged from hospital today just now and reached police, all the medical certificates with us.
- Again the neighbor female bringing all her relatives to protect her brother on this incident to make false allegations.
How do we approach on this, can you please help urgently?
