Trust land disputes

A father in law (A1)donated 0.8 acre of agriculture land to his Daughter in law(A2) in the view of taking care of him for 10+years.

and  A2 donated all property accquired from A1 to trust(non profit orginations) in trust deed.

After some time other sons(A3) of A1 filling land disputes against A2 on 0.8 acres ?.

is there any possiblity that trust has to return property to (A3 or A1),i they win land dispute case.

If all the legal papers are valid and registered at competent offices, then there is no way trust has to return property.
