To start with detailed analysis is carried out on
1. Arushi Talwar - Hemraj Murder Order.......
2. Subrata Roy conditional bail.
Unfortunately the first order is against the mandate of S.315(b) CrPC and the second order is against the mandate of S.440 CrPC. With due respect the Judges cannot violate the laid down law, not even SC judges.
