Transmission of flat in co-op hsg soc, mumbai

In case a flat purchase agreement is in 2 names daughter and father, in that order, and both names are endorsed in share certificate, the 2nd holder father dies without filing a nomination and leaves behind his wife and 2 children, what will be the procedure for transmission of the flat. Who will be the first holder in the share certificate.
