I had purchased a flat last year March 2013, i want to transfer the original share certificate of the seller in my name.
I have his signature and franking on share transfer forms, i wanted to know the process to do the certificate transfer in my name.
Note: Only for info, building is 24 years old and is in terms of getting reconstructed into a total new property through another bulider.
Have few questions, also:
1. Wanted to know if the franking done on the forms has any expiry?
2. What is the impact of non transferring the share certificate documents?
I am new to this, want to be updated about the legal procedure. Any help please??
