Transfer of ownership of devsthan land in the name of archak.

Hello All, I am resident of district Latur in maharashtra India.I have my land in Renapur but it is Devsthan Inam land. this land is recorded in the Name of Concern temple(Ramchandra Temple) in 7/12; and in the name of Archak who is currently delivers Pooja at temple. name of Archak is recorded in 7/12 in Part - II . Now my question is A] what are the recent orders to transfer the name of archak as owner in 7/12 as the lands are given by muntakab as per Hydrabad Itiyaat Act 1952. B] Can Archak who's name is recorded in 7/12 in part- II can sell such Inam Land??
