Sir/Madam
I took a loan and brought my Fathers flat in my housing Society. Can my Housing Society charge transfer fees from my Father or me. I have read that Society cannot charge transfer fess if the transfer is among family members. Can some one eloborate the same for me

i think your father could have nominated you as inheritor of your property then socity cannot charge any transfer fee.
