Dear All,
I had filed an online Trademark application with device as on 01/04/2016. After several steps the said mark was objected in the examination on 20.09.2016. Then I filed "REPLY TO EXAMINATION REPORT" within 30 days.
During last few months the status of the said mark is shown as 'OBJECTED'. But now suddenly the status is changed to "EXAMINATION REPORT ISSUED" What it is meant?
I also filed TM-16 as on 20.10.2016 to rectify clarical error in the TRADING AS (i.e company name) and address. But the same yet not updated. What to do?
