There are many Indian lawyers who are filing the trademark application for their us and eu clients before USTPO.Can any one give me the idea that how they are doing this,What I want to know is that are they ustpo members or they are doing the application from login to the client account because to the best of my knowledge USTPO have very strickt rules

I think you need to talk with lawyer for trademark filing.
