I booked a rented flat on 16th Sept 2012 in salunke vihar in Pune...I paid Rs 5000 to my brokers .two days after that (ie., on 18th sept 2012), I called up my broker to cancel the deal due to personal reasons. i didn't talk with the owner either once ! he also gave me in writing in just A4 size paper that he received rs 5000 as token money for leave and lease agreement of a flat any formilities reagrding lease is yet not carried out by the broker as of now. But, now he is not returning my token amount.
Just wanted to know from you people, whether there is anything I can do to get back my money...
