To get marriage certificate

Sir /Madam,

My marriage was in 2010 while my aged 20 (Dob 19/02/1991)running and (marriage date 15/05/2010)
my wife aged completed for
(Dob 04/10/1989) marriage, and my baby born (29/02/2012). my marriage was early due to my mother helth problem , now sir I require marriage certificate for passport and other respected need . can I apply for marriage certificate to the marriage register?
can I get marriage certificate?
please help me sir

Marriage Certificate is issued after registration of marriage, and for that the age of groom should be 21 years completed and bride 18 years completed. Although your marriage is not void because of your age not 21 years at that time but the Registrar of Marriages may refuse to register the marriage now on this ground. Check with the Registrar of Marriages of your district about the registration of your marriage.
