Termination from services HDFC Bank

Dear sir/mam,i was working with hdfc bank as an Authoriser at branch.there was a cashier in our branch who has carried 8 cheque leaves of our customer and has withdrawn 23 lacs .now this guy is absconding .out of 8 cheque leaves 4 signature are not orignal .now customer has put an fir .in this regards bank suspended all employees at earlier stage ,but later bank terminated me ,my manager and the absconding staff without any chargesheet .and put two other staff as ask to go .please suggest me in this regards as police is heavealy relying on bank report without proper inquiry .
