Tenant refusing to vacant home

Dear Sir,

My Cousin had given our property on lease to two person 8 years back. Last year we meet Tenant and had done agreement of 3 months, as I was getting married in the same year we need place to get Vacant. Since agreement got expire, we were doing follow-up with him but he is not taking asny step and also running school in the home.

Please suggest what is the best way to move forward.
