Tenant being the firm Can individual be given Elect Connection if the Landlord objects ?
A Partnership Firm is a commercial tenant. Regd Lease prescribes separate meter connection in the name of the firm. Can the Electricity Deptt releas a connection in the name of the individual who is not a tenant. The individual connection can be misused for getting an id proof (like aadhaar)
