We have done tenancy agreement in 1998. My tenant is doing nothing just open the shop, sit for half day and leaves. After chasing almost every now then he postpone giving monthly rent of Rs 450/-. Now since six months he has not given rent to us.
This is not a matter of 11 months rent renewal agreement. He is very old tenant since 20 years.
As a landlord what steps you suggest which we can take.
