Tenancyrights -- parking issue

I am a tenant. In my society, there is free parking space. I almost stayed for 8 months and used to park 2 wheeler inside the free parking space. However, Society has sent a letter / notice requesting me to vacate the parking as being discussed in their meeting. This free space is used by the owners for their two wheelers but they are not allowing tenants to park their car. Please advice

If Soc. bye laws do not permit free parking and has passed resolution that no parking will be allowed to tenant. Then you are not eligible. At the most request to owner/Society for paid parking, if required.
