Sir,

I intend to draw your kind attention towards the state of affairs with regard to TDI, Tuscan City, Kundli, Haryana.
I had booked a flat in TDI,Tuscan City, Kundli Haryana with details as below.
 Customer ID: KTF2-10827 
 Name :  Mr. ANIL BALI
 Address : H NO-121, LOWER LUXMI NAGAR, SARWAL, JAMMU , J&K
 Plot  ID : T-88/FF
 Property Descripttion:  Residential built-up floor
 Payment Plan / Plot Size / Rate  
 KTF-B /1164 sq. ft.( Tentative)/ Rs. 2362.543 per sq. ft. 
 Rs.  27,50,000.00 + Rs. 2,86,926.00 (EDC ) =Rs. 30,36,926.00

The said flat was booked in October- November 2010 at rates and with area as mentioned above. Some time back I received a phone call from the broker through whom I had booked this flat informing that the company has increased the area of the flat from 1164sq.ft to 1430sq.ft. I took up the issue with TDI (Builder) and they didn’t give any clear reply. They simply told me that the area will be intimated only when possession is offered. I may add that some of the flats in this project have been offered for possession. Construction is going on in remaining flats. The flats that have been completed have been offered for possession with area 1430sq.ft. As I could not understand the logic behind such increase in area i seek your  help on the issue.

please suggest if i can manage a good lawyer also.
