Advocate

This is a criminal case; accused is required to be present in the court. If there are constraints in appearing on the specified date, your advocate can seek adjournment. Any lapse may lead to warrant being issued.

Lawyer

In order to avoid issuance of warrants of arrest and/ or attachement of property all accused in FIR are required to appear and get the BW/ NBW stayed/ cancelled in your own interest.
