What should be the cost of the suit to be paid as court fees to the court in the following cases with respect to a Trust (as per Indian Trust Act) which runs many schools and colleges?
1. To get a Permanent injunction against the removed Trustee, who is creating disturbance in the management of the Trust.
2. To remove a Trustee from the Trust
3. To Replace a Trustee in the place of Removed Trustee
Do we need a civil suit for above cases, or a petition would be enough?
