Sir,
A matter come in the light i.e. two persons his having own house and both of them fooled wastage water his houses on the street. In this regard various time to inform them but after sometimes they again do the same process. Now some times call the police but not received any fruitful result in this regard.
My question is that how to solve this problems and which are the law applicable in this matter.
Plz advise to us, Your earlier action in this regard would be highly appreciated.
