I hope you can help me with my questions.
I opened a dental clinic in a rented space in a district headquarters. The lease was for 3 yrs, from January, 2012 December 2014. Lease extension has to be negotiated and completed atlas 60 days before the end of the lease period.
Landlord wants to increase rent dramatically if I renew. If I dont agree, he says he will evict me. Is there any way to delay eviction ?
