Stamp paper issued for purpose of affidavit but used for promissory note. promissory note legally valid or not? plz share reference if possible.

A stamp paper of INR 100 issued for affidavit (as stated on back of the stamp paper) is used as a Promissory Note of INR 300,000 to be paid on demand. not notorized as well. is it legally valid?

Stamp papers shouldn't be issued specifying a purpose.

It should be acceptable.     This's my opinion.     I have no basis for my opinion.
