Please clarify if I am correct in below calculation.
FOR SETTLEMENT DEED from my mother to myself transfer,
for a Property of Value: 90 Lakhs located in Tamil Nadu:
Stamp Duty would be Rs. 25,000
Registration Fee would be Rs. 5,000
Registration Expenses would be Rs. 6,000
Member Strength 9,47,856 and growing..
