Specific relief

Hi, My sister in law filed domestic violence case against my brother. In that case she want flat who purchased by my brother but its on joint name. My brother had all documents and loan papers and also bank statement which shows that he paid entire amount of loan which taken from hdfc bank for flat purchasing. Now she claim on that flat what to do for it...any advice? Any citation under specific relief act?
