Subject/Rule: "Slum Rehabilitation flats cannot be sold for 10 years"
Can anyone please let me know if the above rule applies for slum rehabilitation commercial property?
Also, currently we have not received the possession of the SRA alternate commercial premise.
I would like to know if we can sell the property at this stage?
Now imagine that I have received the possession & I want to sell the property. Is there any alternate option to sell the property if the above 10 years sale cut off rule applies?
