My father has room in slum property vikroli, During 1992 my father was suffered by critical illness and he had hospitalized. Due to less security of life father has divided his property. We have divided home in 3 parts.
1) Shop area - My father gifted shop area to my elder sister. My sister started her business in 2010. She also has gumasta license for same.
2) Home 1 – Small part of home awarded to my mother. Now my mother and younger brother using this part of home.
3) Home 2 – Remaining part he has kept with him. My father with me living in this part of home.
All this agreement are just on normal plain paper. All these agreement he had made before 1994.
I want to know that am I eligible for shop and 2 home application with builder.
Me and my father living separately. My mother and young brother living separately. My mother have account in bank before 1995. Also she have LIC policy started in 1995.
Please tell what kind of paper work require for this.
