Signature differ check bounce

Hiii,

I just wanted to knw tht i borrow 10,000 rs frm my frnd wid blank check in security... and i paid tht amount and still he didn't give me my check back to me and now he fill that check wid 7,50,00 amount and tht check bounced and he put wrong signature on tht check ... nw he send me notice that i have borrow this much amount from him and still i dint pay tht him back.. so give tht money back to me or reply me in 15 days... now im nt getting wht to do wid this...please me and help me now wht to do....and 1 more thing i didn't sign any document he just have my check wid him ntng else... and he send me this notice...

Since cheque not signed byu does not creaste any liability on u. He is dragging his feet in criminal offence of forgery. Send strong reply thru lawyer.

A. It is incumbent on bldr to honour DA B. Flat is given in lieu of old with addl place hence can transfer provided there is no adverse clause in DA C. I) DA should be regd II) Org.Share cert.DA agreet copy Old flat Agreement n also Maint.paid Receipts to be kept safe.

be clear whether you signed cheque or not

If he has forged your signature on the cheque, you can file a cross-case against him for forgery of your signature.

Secondly, for the case relating to dishonour of cheque, one of the main ingredients of the offence is that the amount being paid through the cheque should have been for discharge of a liability. If you have already paid back the loan, no liability remains.

no tht check is nt signed by me....but my lawyer said we dnt need to reply back if we reply thn he is gng to knw wht is our next step...against him...

and nothing is on paper i didn't sign any document whn i take tht money i just given him a check ntng else...and whn i given tht money back at tht time also he didn't sign any document...
