Shares of previous owner of house

I had purchased a house from a person in 2013. He was dead in 2014. Now, there are plenty of letters of Dividend of shares coming to my new house on his/ his fathers name. There is nobody in his family at present as he was unmarried. What should i do for those warrants. What should be done for the shares held by him and his father. Can I legally request companies to transfer shares on my name. Pl guide. Pl. note, there is nobody alive in his family.
