we had purchased a flat on 1/10/1980, directly from the builder in mumbai, maharashtra,our flat is not registerd, society is not issuing us the share certificate stating that we have to register the flat,. is it mandatory to register the flat for share certificate. society got registered in 2002.
the land is on the lease basis of 99 years with the land owner.
please guide us
