Dear sirs,
we are 3 brothers and 5 sisters, now my age is 63. My elder brother take a land of my mother's name which was bought my father(my mother is a house wife does not have any source of income) thru a settlement deed before she die with out 6 other people (son&daughter) of my family (only one daughter got signed an witness) member's concern and signature as Successor and this settlement deed was bring into the notice after 6 years when the partition for the property was arranged.
My question is this settlement deed is valid for entitleement or not .if not can we challenge in court to brake this settlement deed and benifits can be distribute to all successors.
